Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Team Member to join our team at Lovis Cafe. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support our bakery team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
