Small Engine Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Technician to join our team at OKANAGAN POWER EQUIPMENT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing engines and motors, as well as performing routine maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and isolate faults on engines and motors
- Document inspections and tests made on engines and motors
- Review work orders and adjust, repair or replace parts using hand tools and equipment
- Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance
- Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment
- Advise customers on work performed and condition of equipment
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to handle heavy loads
- Organized, reliable, and a team player
- Group insurance benefits
- Permanent employment
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language
