About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Browns Social House Brentwood. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our culinary staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Mentoring
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our culinary staff.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and confidence to perform their duties.
  • Culinary Expertise
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu offerings and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings and kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our guests.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize our kitchen operations.
  • Guest Experience
    • Work closely with our service staff to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
    • Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language
    • English
