We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Fan Experience & Concessions Department as the Director, Concessions and Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement a Fan-Centric Food and Beverage Program: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that enhances the fan experience and drives revenue growth.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Supervise and mentor a team of concession and hospitality staff to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Partner with the Toronto Blue Jays: Work closely with the organization to align the food and beverage program with the team's brand and values, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for fans.
- Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong Business Acumen: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
