Job Title: BIM and Digital Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM and Digital Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for enabling BIM, GIS, and digital construction across project disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, support, and coordination across all technical work streams, from design through to construction.
  • Ensure delivery of BIM and GIS in accordance with Aecon's IDD BIM-related processes and procedures.
  • Manage the link between the Client's BIM representatives, consultant BIM teams, Aecon, and any JV partners.
  • Support the project Technical Director to enable BIM outcomes and ensure information is delivered to program and coordinated between engineering disciplines, organizations, and packages.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience/knowledge of Civil Construction practice.
  • 2-3 years' experience on large Infrastructure BIM Implementation.
  • 2-3 years' experience working with and knowledge of BIM Standards (ISO 19650/Institute of BIM in Canada).
  • 2-3 years' experience in the implementation of Common Data Environments such as ProjectWise and Aconex.
