About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Visiting Homemaker to join our team at Patricia Castanheiro. As a Visiting Homemaker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to ensure our clients' physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote mobility and flexibility
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet our clients' dietary needs
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing, to maintain our clients' independence
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
