About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Visiting Homemaker to join our team at BRUCE E HENDERSON. As a Visiting Homemaker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
