About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the planning, direction, and evaluation of sales department activities, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a focus on delivering results.
