Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Paramjit's kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to a high standard.
- Prepare and portion food items, including fruits and vegetables, for service.
- Restock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with food and supplies.
- Assist with food preparation, including cooking, heating, and finishing dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Handle and store cleaning products and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Receive and unpack supplies, including food, cleaning products, and equipment.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and hygienic waste disposal area.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
