Job Summary

Excelone Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Garbage Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for operating garbage trucks and ensuring the safe and efficient collection of waste.

Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate garbage trucks and other equipment to collect and transport waste.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check, lubricate, and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors and maintain open communication with team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, DZ class license, and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
Work Environment

As a Garbage Truck Driver, you will work in various locations, including urban and rural areas. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will need to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis.
