Job Summary

Excelone Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Garbage Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a garbage truck and performing various tasks related to waste collection and disposal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a garbage truck to collect and transport waste to designated disposal sites.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check, lubricate, and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent malfunctions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor and maintain open communication with the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, DZ class license, and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
Work Environment

As a Garbage Truck Driver, you will work in various locations, including urban and rural areas. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will need to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis.
