As a Regional Sales Manager, Inside Solutions , you will promote ADP's offerings, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to both new and existing clients through phone and virtual interactions. You will act as a consultative business partner, presenting ADP's premier solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more across a range of organizations from Fortune 100 companies to small, innovative enterprises. You will provide expert advice and leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to develop your client portfolio. No prior sales experience? No problem; we are renowned for our comprehensive sales training and will equip you with the latest technology to ensure your success.
Initially, your supervisor will set daily objectives concerning the number of calls, talk time, and appointments scheduled - all designed to help you start strong. As you demonstrate your capabilities and acclimate to the role, you will enjoy autonomy, flexibility in your daily routine, and a balanced work-life schedule (a fixed schedule Monday - Friday, no weekends), along with virtual client meetings instead of travel. Responsibilities: What you'll do

- Expand Our Business While Developing Yours. You will operate both independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your designated area to finalize sales, secure business, and achieve sales targets.
