Microbiology Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiology Manager to join our team at Transarete. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Microbiology team and ensuring the implementation of quality systems and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Microbiology team to ensure the effective implementation of quality systems and standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Canadian GMPs, FDA GMPs, Medical Device Regulations, ISO, and other related guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Lead a high-performing Microbiology team, scheduling workloads, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Microbiology in an aseptic GMP environment, with a minimum of 5 years in increasing supervision/management position.
- Strong quality and risk-based approach to decision-making.
- Commercial experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
