Cheese Production Specialist

Chinook Cheese Ltd is seeking a skilled Cheese Maker to join our team. As a Cheese Maker, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products, performing corrective machine adjustments, and recording production information.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate machinery to process and package food products
- Perform corrective machine adjustments
- Record production information
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
- Maintain shift log of production and other data
- Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
- Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a food processing plant or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
- Team player with good communication skills
