- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations, including supervising employees, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
- Conduct Quality Control Inspections: Ensure that all products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and Implement Equipment Maintenance Schedules: Plan and execute equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Lead Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies to ensure that they are adequate to meet production needs.
- Develop and Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a manufacturing or operations management role.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the chemical industry is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
