Key Responsibilities

This role involves coordinating multiple projects, working with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, including the ability to analyze financial data, develop reports, and improve project processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project activities, resources, and information
  • Reconciling and analyzing project expenditures and budgets
  • Preparing project reports and ad hoc internal reporting
  • Compiling and analyzing project data and developing project processes
  • Reviewing and verifying project costs and ensuring project scope

The ideal candidate will have a Business Degree with a major in Accounting and five years of recent related progressive accounting and project management experience. Strong project management/contract management skills, excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills are also essential.

This is a challenging role that requires adaptability, versatility, and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in an environment of changing priorities and reporting timelines.
