Project Engineer

Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of capital projects, ensuring they are completed successfully on time, on budget, and in accordance with TteS objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage capital projects from conception to construction completion.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including community members, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with TteS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Registration with Engineers & Geoscientists British Columbia.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent certification.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
