Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Wheaton's.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to advise customers on product features and benefits.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
