About the Role
As a Store Manager at Mountain Warehouse, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results. You will be accountable for driving customer service, maximizing sales potential, and delivering company standards to the highest level.
About You
We are looking for someone with retail management experience from a fast-paced background, excellent people skills, and a proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating a team. You should have strong organizational skills, a passion for selling and customer engagement, and a record of commercial success and awareness.
