Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial stability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, including resolving issues and providing product recommendations.
