Job Summary:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Field Services Representative. This role will provide critical support to our customers in the maintenance and operation of the CP140 Aurora aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the CP140 Aurora aircraft.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Requirements:

  • Technologist diploma or equivalent training and experience, preferably in a military environment.
  • Previous experience in the maintenance and support of DND avionics.
  • Familiarity with Canadian Air Force support infrastructure and processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of CP140 avionics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ADAM/DRMIS.
  • Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and aircraft modification process.
  • Sufficient English language skills to be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
  • French is considered an asset.
  • Ability to write routine and complex reports and complete required performance metrics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and convey ideas/information one-on-one and group settings.
