Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at 1035477 Alberta Ltd. as a Housekeeping Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Linens and Amenities: Make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to guests, and address any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with cleaning and disinfecting elevators, changing rooms, and showers, as well as washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers as needed.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Setting: This is a permanent, full-time position working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Work Conditions: The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language required for this role.
  • Hours: The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
