Key Responsibilities- Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Actively search for and pursue sales opportunities to achieve individual sales and profitability goals.
- Develop and Execute Marketing Programs: Develop and execute effective marketing and sales programs to drive business results and increase our share of the home financing market.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including realtors and lawyers, to generate referrals and drive business growth.
- Provide Expertise and Support: Provide expert knowledge and support to clients and team members on mortgage and insurance products, as well as other related services.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions to our clients.
- Experience and Education: Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of portfolio management, mortgage lending, and related credit qualification standards, policies, and procedures. Excellent interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in both languages.
