Job Summary

Btown Auto Sales is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
