Position: Business Analyst - Capital Markets - CDS/Broadridge
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Capital Markets, particularly in the CDS/Broadridge domain. This role is essential for the enhancement of our client's platform within the Banking Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the upgrade of the platform for all industry users towards a new web-based GUI for Post Trade Management.
- Oversee the coordination of activities among clearing and settlement participants, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of testing protocols.
- Collaborate with CDS, Broadridge, and internal bank partners to manage defect triage and resolution through JIRA.
- Define the testing scope and develop/refine test cases as necessary.
- Prepare for testing through various ad-hoc tasks, including environment setup and access configurations.
- Lead and mentor junior Business Analysts while providing regular updates to the project lead.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Proven experience in Capital Markets, with a focus on Trade Settlements and Clearing.
- Familiarity with Broadridge systems.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
