Job Summary:

Comairco Equipment Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk/Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including bank deposits, cheques, and credit card payments.
    • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, credit memos, and collections.
    • Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Coordinate and schedule service appointments and repairs.
    • Assist with sales support, including processing orders and managing customer relationships.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
