About Vannam Gas Bar

We are a dynamic and fast-paced gas bar looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales and Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle cash, cheques, credit card, and automatic debit payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, perform data entry, and operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise staff, including apprentices, stag hands, and design team members, to ensure efficient and effective work processes.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
