EXPERIENCE: Proven expertise in fiber optic splicing and testing within both Inside and Outside Plant environments is essential. Prioritizing safety at all times is crucial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform splicing and testing on various fiber optic cable types.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues for a diverse range of clients.
  • Interpret system schematics effectively.
  • Utilize all forms of splicing and testing apparatus competently.
  • Document all necessary information in real-time during operations.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by the departmental manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Capability to lift and ascend a twenty-eight-foot extension ladder weighing up to 80 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
