About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Guidewire solutions, particularly PolicyCenter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of Guidewire predefined and custom plugins to enhance system functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Studio to modernize development processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for renewals.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Guidewire solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure effective use of Guidewire solutions.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Guidewire solutions, addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements
  • Possess strong technical skills in Guidewire PolicyCenter, with extensive experience in implementation and customization.
  • Have expertise in Guidewire integration concepts and implementation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Guidewire predefined and custom plugins, ensuring flawless integration.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Guidewire Studio, optimizing development workflows.
  • Have a deep understanding of renewal processes within the insurance domain.
  • Showcase excellent problem-solving abilities, addressing technical challenges effectively.
  • Display strong communication skills, facilitating collaboration with clients and teams.
