Guidewire Product Consultant

Position Summary

As a Product Consultant with 8 to 12 years of proven experience, you will be instrumental in the deployment and enhancement of Guidewire solutions, specifically focusing on PolicyCenter. Your proficiency will be crucial in streamlining renewal processes, ensuring smooth integration and customization. Your efforts will greatly improve our service delivery and elevate client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


• Spearhead the deployment of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications.


• Supervise the customization and configuration of both predefined and bespoke Guidewire plugins to augment system capabilities.


• Offer technical guidance in Guidewire Studio to modernize development methodologies and boost efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate business requirements for renewals.


• Formulate and implement testing strategies to guarantee the quality and dependability of Guidewire solutions.


• Monitor and resolve system issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.


• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote effective utilization of Guidewire solutions.


• Develop thorough documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.


• Assess and propose enhancements to existing processes and systems to boost performance.


• Provide continuous support and maintenance for Guidewire solutions, addressing any emerging issues.

Qualifications


• Strong technical acumen in Guidewire PolicyCenter with extensive experience in implementation and customization.


• In-depth knowledge of Guidewire integration concepts and execution.


• Proven expertise in Guidewire predefined and custom plugins, ensuring seamless integration.


• Proficient in Guidewire Studio, optimizing development workflows.


• Comprehensive understanding of renewal processes within the insurance sector.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, effectively addressing technical challenges.


• Strong communication abilities, facilitating collaboration with clients and teams.
