- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality control guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, meeting our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including front-of-house and management teams, to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to customer service.

- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
