Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop kitchen staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Food Preparation and Presentation
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Administrative and Financial Tasks
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and performance.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Work Environment
