Job Summary

Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Full Time Scheduler. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing transition oversight and planning support to new Financial Advisors and Agents joining our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide transition support and planning to new Financial Advisors and Agents
  • Act as a liaison between the home office and new Financial Advisors and Agents
  • Understand and educate transitioning Financial Advisors/Agents and their support staff on policies and procedures
  • Provide remote or onsite branch support as needed
  • Participate in internal projects
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new applications
  • Demonstrate email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills
  • Communicate proficiently in French is an asset
  • Previous experience with Dataphile is an asset
  • Investment Representative licensing
