Job Summary

Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Full Time Scheduler. This role provides transition oversight and planning support, acting as a liaison between the home office and new Financial Advisors and Agents joining our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and educate transitioning Financial Advisors/Agents and their support staff on policies and procedures relating to operations, compliance, marketing, technology, investment products, and general business issues.
  • Provide remote or onsite branch support as needed.
  • Participate in internal projects.

Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness and ability to learn new applications.
  • Demonstrate email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills.
  • Communicate proficiently in French is an asset.
  • Previous experience with Dataphile is an asset.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Investment Representative licensing.
Compensation

Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) $71,000-76,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
