About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Accuracy: Verify and ensure the accuracy of prescription information, including medication names, dosages, and instructions.
  • Client Data Management: Enter client information into our database system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Pharmacist Support: Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including preparing medications, maintaining inventory, and performing administrative duties.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of medications and pharmaceutical products, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Compound and Package Medications: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to our services.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring easy access to medications and pharmaceutical products.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in Kroll Software, with ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks and manual dexterity required.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, with ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
