Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure that prescription information is accurate and up-to-date, and that client records are maintained with precision.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, and ensure that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Develop and maintain proficiency in Kroll Software and other relevant systems and technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a pharmacy or related setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, with manual dexterity and attention to detail.
