Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, and repairing custom mobility equipment to ensure our clients' safety and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair mobility equipment, including manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and elevating equipment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by building trusting relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Travel to clients' homes and facilities to provide services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Technical skills, including experience with diagnostic tools, electronic equipment, and mechanical repairs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to client sites.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
