Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project stages, including feasibility, schedule, conception, planning, fire safety, detailed design, safety, PSDP, tendering, construction management, cost control, and handover.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, including feasibility studies and detailed designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare contract documents and project management plans
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
- Ensure quality management systems are in place and adhered to
- 5+ years of experience as a CSA Project Engineer, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Civil, structural, or architectural qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, sequences of work, and building regulations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team working skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Health and safety awareness and training
- Experience in preparing contract documents and project management plans
- Experience in inspecting construction works
Competitive salary negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications
