Key Responsibilities
  • Department Management: Oversee and manage all staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to succeed.
  • Sales Performance: Track and report sales performance, oversee operations, and property management.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Control inventory levels for seasonal product lines, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements
