Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our growing team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving technical direction and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions
  • Develop and enforce technical direction, standards, and templates for Salesforce implementations
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Manage key technical client relationships and mentor team members to grow their technical skills
  • Support pre-sales activities, including creating high-level designs and driving effort estimations
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on Salesforce design and development experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, development, and integration patterns
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge between business and technical audiences
