About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our cloud delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to Scotiabank's standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test strategies, and release notes.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure successful implementation with minimal impact on existing environments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a minimum of 1 recent project in a Financial Services Cloud environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools and technologies, including Salesforce DX.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, and Salesforce App Builder.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
