Store Supervisor Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2814686 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure that the store is maintained in a safe and clean condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Education: College or equivalent education.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational and time management skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads is essential.
Language and Work TermThe language of work is English, and the work term is temporary.
