Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a robust HSE management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among our crews and management team.
  • Conduct regular rig visits to monitor and improve HSE performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring our teams are prepared for any situation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on HSE matters, ensuring our teams have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on HSE.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective HSE management systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations, with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Working Conditions
  • 85% field-based, with 15% office-based work.
  • Working outdoors in various temperatures and elements, with a rotating on-call schedule.
