About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled TIG welder to join our team at Mac-Weld Machining Ltd. as a Machining Specialist. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in welding techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform TIG welding operations on a variety of metal components, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement efficient welding processes to meet production demands.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve welding-related issues.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in TIG welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, including Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
