Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to optimize resource allocation and achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and manage major departments and senior staff positions to drive business growth and success.
  • Formulate and approve policies and programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business performance and growth.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 42 hours per week.
  • English language required.
