Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Paul Gupta & Associates.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. This individual will also oversee financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and the board of directors.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and budgets.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
