Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at C.G. Needle Arts Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of production clerks, purchasing and inventory clerks, and staff in various areas of responsibility to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies to meet production demands.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
