Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Monitor and control supplies and amenities to minimize waste
  • Report any maintenance, health, and safety concerns to the supervisor
  • Assist with the removal of trash, recyclables, and dirty linens
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
