Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities to minimize waste
- Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the supervisor
- Assist in the removal of trash and recyclables
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and push/pull heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
