Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
  • Monitor and control supplies and amenities to minimize waste.
  • Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the supervisor.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy cleaning equipment.
